The Last Rose of Summer

This meal is so delicious and easy. As much as I love fall cooking (braises, stews, chili, football shaped cheese logs), I hate to see it go.

Take your traditional tomato, mozzarella, and basil salad:

Add some grilled flesh (in this case, kielbasa and bratwurst):

 

Crack open a champagne of beers (that's the Miller High Life can in the photo for the uninitiated), and enjoy the last warm evenings. Soon you'll be shovelling snow.
